Now that’s what I call a Bounce: McCain and Palin into the Lead
USA Today/Gallup shows McCain/Palin up 10 points, 54%-44%: that poll showed McCain down 7 points before the RNC. Rasmussen shows McCain/Palin up one point, and Gallup shows McCain/Palin up 3. It’s been fascinating to see how a VP pick has affected the race; perhaps the most a VP pick has ever affected a race, but for sure in recent times. The left and the media are mystified by Palin, and as I look at the poll numbers, you can hear the knives sharpening: I’ve no doubt that the attacks and “objective” reporting are only going to intensify. Though I did think it was very funny that Olberman and Matthews got yanked as the anchors of MSNBC.
